Inspired by Shiva Rea and the Global Vinyasa Collective. Intermediate/Advanced classes are meant for those with Vinyasa Yoga experience looking to take their practice to new depths.

The Open level classes will offer options for both beginner and experienced practitioners alike; please honor your experience as you test your edges in these classes.

 

Prana Flow® Restore (open)

Recharge, Rejuvenate and Renew. In a world where doing is valued far more than being, restorative yoga practices are often overlooked. Prana Flow® Restore is an opportunity to breathe, move and stretch gently, but deeply & let go of multiple layers of tension and stress. We begin with slow, meditative flowing postures that lubricate the major joints and spine while calming the nervous system. We then move into supported, longer held restorative yoga poses; deep hip-openers, gentle backbends, and calming forward bends, moving toward deep relaxation. These practices are the perfect antidote to the accumulation of daily stress, and the perfect compliment to a more vigorous yoga practice.
